REFUND POLICY
1. Annual permits are valid for the Calendar year only. These permits are not eligible for refunds.
2. Regular permits will only be refunded if a permit cancellation is requested within 5 (five) days of the purchase of the permit. The way your refund is processed depends on how your original payment was processed.
a) Credit card refunds will be applied back onto the original credit card.
3. All permit refunds are at the discretion of the permit administrator or RM Chief Administrative Officer.
If you purchased a permit using a credit card, visit the Invoice History page to request a refund.
Otherwise, Download the Permit Cancellation Form.
